As a smogonfag, I'm going to make a thread about what's wrong with Smogon.
>If it's a top OU pokemon it gets 30+ page topics that are little more than a circlejerk about how awesome it is. Entire pages are spent talking about a single coverage move.

>If you even suggest that a pokemon is broken and should be suspected for ubers you get an infraction
>If a mod does it it's perfecly fine
Here's a mod claiming that Deoxys-S would be the very first pokemon suspected for ubers when the metagame was barely 2 weeks old: http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/deoxys-speed.3492448/#post-4969889
Bonus points for the sheeps spamming "like" on his post.
This claim ended up being spectacularly wrong because there was far more dangerous threats that needed testing (Mega Gengar and Mega Kanga) and Deo-S is still nowhere near the top of the broken things in the metagame (*cough*Genesect*cough*).
I actually made a couple of posts in that thread that pointed out at the sheer idiocy of Deo-S being the very first suspect, which were promptly deleted.
Been said that, Smogon mods shouldn't be surprised when people have something against their modus operandi. And these are only a couple of the things that are wrong with the community.
