Why not just generate the perfect shiny egg and then transport it? I know it might not have the necessary egg moves but for things such as Typhlosin I doubt it would matter anyway.

Nice, I'm tempted to try and figure out 3rd gen RNG so I can go back and take a whack at this...but I'm not sure if it works with an AR in the console.

Plus while I hear the actual method is really easy to do...you have almost no control over things in third gen....so it takes a long damn time to get perfect spreads and shiny status.

Emerald is by far the easiest game in the series to RNG. That is if you have a Synchronizer.

The only legal shiny jirachi are available on @Kaphotics pokecheck account. There are only those, so them getting through would shock me.

Forgot to mention speed. Its about 5 minutes when all the Japs are asleep, and you've got the motions down. It takes a LOT longer to do the sorting, which is why I dont include that in the time estimate. The annoying part is if the servers are busy bees you wil have to do a LOOOOT of connection attempts. Gladly, they didn't fag this up like they did on the eShop, so you don't have to restart to reconnect, just push a twice quickly and you are at it again.
