While nothing you transfer through the bank gets the little "Born in Kalos" VGC-offcial blue pentagon, its still all useable in battlespot/online (except for those unreleased Hidden Abilities, ofc). And the absolutely hilarious part is that if you breed one of your no-pentagon hacked pokemon with one of your no-pentagon hacked 6 IV dittos, the resulting offspring DOES get the pentagon - so you can use this to quickly breed an IV-perfect and fully VGC-legal team. Sadly, this means you don't get to keep old TMs and Tutor-Moves if you want to play VGC, but if you just want to play ranked battlespot, you don't need the blue pentagon anyway so you can just load up your hacks with any legal moves you want and transfer them over - they're ready to go, no breeding necessary.
