It would but that is what I do when I can't get it with a grass move. My Freeze Dry Lapras also does decent damage to it and can take an Electric Move. But that obviously isn't ideal since it is slow.

Im running Gourgeist to counter it but youre gonna have to run Shadow Sneak to hit it before it Volt Switches out, Super Size will tank the Volt Switch and do a bit of damage slowly than heal with Leftovers.

I only had to do this because it's nigh impossible to Seed Bomb it before it lolVSwitches out.

Block doesn't work that way.

Volt Switch and U-Turn will still allow you to switch out.
