Download .pkm files from pokecheck
Edit them in pokegen (or you can make them from scratch but its much easier this way)
Put them back into your game with pokegts

Also, Pokecheck puts a ribbon on your Pokemon that prevents it from being traded on the GTS. If you want to get around that, use pokegts like another anon said.

There are other fake GTS that don't put the ribbon on your pokemon. I don't have specifics, but I've used them in the past.

Stop going into the GTS without a full party

Also just put the Pokemon in the PC and take it out

What you need to understand is that there are TWO types of .pkm files, party and PC files.
