Can we talk Raticate for a quick second?

Okay sure. It sucks. Whatever. But I see people moaning and fingering them selves over 140stab Boomburst on Loudred.

Now- Unless I'm an idiot I probably am How is a GUTS Raticate using Facade any different apart from it's base 81 Attack over Loudreds base 91 SpAttack?

At least Raticate comes with speed to allow him to revenge.
