I need some good team ideas, before I start training the wrong pokemon.

Train for a tyranitar, make sure it has earthquake and an adamant nature. Then you can fill in the other 3 moves with whatever and rek shit.

I guess you are rather new to competitive battling? I think offensive teams are best for new players since they are more easy to play than defensive ones.

Mega-Luke, Talonflame, Greninja, Scizor are all awesome offensive pokemon.
For the still necessary defensive ones you could use Rotom-W and/or assault vest goodra. If you want to use Stealth Rocks I recommend Oblivous Focus Sash Mamoswine. Lay down your spikes and proceed to force switches with your offensive power and U-Turns/Volt Switches.
