>>16912750Mega Gardevoir probably belongs in Meh tier, at best. Its stats and ability indicate that it should be used offensively, like most other Mega Evolutions. But while most Megas can take full advantage of their new abilities (or kickass old ones, in certain cases) to make up for the loss of items like Leftovers or Life Orb, Mega Gardevoir's Pixilate only benefits a single viable move in Hyper Voice. Sure, having (after STAB and Pixilate) a 180 base power Fairy move to spam off of your 165 base Special Attack stat is pretty cool, but a number of things boast similar power with their STABs and a Life Orb. Some of them are also faster than Mega Gardevoir, seeing as 100 base Speed hasn't been worth bragging about since Generation 4. Meanwhile, you're stuck with the same 68/65 physical "defenses" of regular Gardevoir, in a metagame that's brimming with powerful Physical attackers that will all-to-often be wrecking your shit with priority moves if they don't already blaze past that increasingly inadequate 100 base speed.
I could go on about Gardevoir, but there's other things on the list I take issue with. Mega Garchomp belongs in Good tier, for one. I have no idea why people think that that 10 point drop to Speed automatically makes it shit, when it also has obscene wallbreaking stats to go with an offensive ability and really good bulk. Remember Black Kyurem? The only reason it didn't get booted back to Ubers in Gen V was because no one figured out how best to use it when the first suspect test came around and it was too late to undo the move when Kyurem-B users got gud. Mega Garchomp is Kyurem-B except better in almost every way. It's got enough destructive power to be worth a spot in Top tier, even.
Mega Scizor to Good, since it makes bulky SD Scizor obsolete.
Mega Abomasnow has neither the stats nor the typing to be any good for summoning weather, let alone being your Mega. RIP in Peace.
