I was thinking about breeding up one of these guys but

He really doesn't learn shit for moves

Like without HP Rock or Fire he can't really do much

Same with Typhlosion, I used one a while back on showdown, but HP Rock was crucial

What is there to do with these two?

Should I just wait for the inevitable Mega Sceptile with an ability that boosts the power of cutting/slashing moves?
