Doesn't matter, synthesis is unreliable compared to roost or recover. Those will ALWAYS heal 50%. Synthesis has a chance to be shit.

Pikachu has Dexoys-A level attack stats.
Talonflame is OU because it gets a 120 STAB priority move, and it only has 80 attack.
