Every single one i face agaisnt dies in one move, and can't do anything.
I'd try something like i do on my Tyranitar,
510 equally divided for Attack, HP, Def, and Sp.Def, with Rock Polish. Give it one of those berries that prevents 4x damage, so you can make it from a lethal enemy.
