So I've been pondering a Pokemon auction site for a while now. I figured people would pay at least a few bucks for certain Pokemon. But I honestly didn't know if there would be a legitimate market there. But I guess maybe there is.
To be honest sometimes I get tired of breeding and legitimately say to myself, I'd totally pay $5-10 for someone to do this for me.
"Breeding is so easy now", right, unless you want a female pentaperfect hidden ability such-and-such that has a shitty male:female ratio, or are trying to breed an all-male or genderless mon with a 3IV Ditto, or if you're breeding a Nidoran and the gender actually changes the Pokemon entirely. Shit can take a half a day to a day, easily. Like, great I have a pentaperfect parent I can use to speed things up, but that doesn't do a whole lot of good when there's a 1:8 chance of getting a female and then a 3:5 chance that said female has the hidden ability, and that said female has more perfect IVs than the current mother.
How much is that time/effort really worth, especially to someone who works a 9-5? Probably like $10 at least.
