>two 3/6
>breeding wuntil get a 4/6
>change one of the 3/6
>breed until other 4/6 or 5/6
>now put the two 4/6 or the 5/6 with 5/6
>keep doing that way

as long as between the two pokemon you have all 5 you want. you can get it done. breeding with 4iv pokemon is better but you will get 4iv pokemon if your breed 3iv pokemon. it's a refinement process.
