So this guy now get Rock Blast and Arm Thrust as Egg Moves. Serebii confirmed.

Along with Bullet Seed, Pin Missiles and Skill Link.

It's an alright mega with not great typing. It has decent bulk, but not nearly enough for OU when Talonflame is running amok with a 120bp stab priority 4x SE move.

It'll probably end up in BL or something.

Forgot to mention, has the bonus of looking great. It's a shame talonflame exists or I'd run Megacross on all teams.

Can't run a bulk up set because Talonflame is everywhere, but Talonflame doesn't exactly like switching into it either since it hits hard and usually carries Rock Blast so it works well with something like Rotom-W or Tyranitar, which you can switch into after he kills something.

It hits like a fucking truck, with insanely high attack and plenty of 100+ base power moves and dual base 120 STABs (Pin Missle is now 125 with Skill Link, too). It's defense isn't bad, either, although it's defensive typing is.

Hopefully Greninja will learn Flamethrower through the tutor in the third game. If Octillery can because of the japanese octopus folklore, then I don't see why the Ninja Pokemon shouldn't. Even Manectric gets it because the ledgendary beast its based off breathes fire.

Flamethrower is a TM move. And the best that Greninja would probably get through potential revisions (Klinklang didn't get Wild Charge until BW2, it could happen) would be Incinerate.
