Swampert should be relaxed
garchomp is the setup sweeper
Megazard y is the aformentioned nuke
Swampert defensive tank and burn spreader
Lucario is the revenge killer
Metagross is an offensive tank and pivot
Sylveon is the cleric and spD tank

Dump Iron Head on Garchomp for Stone Edge, you'll rarely see a fairy, 3 of them take neutral from steel and SE from EQ, SE iron head hits for 160, STAB neutral EQ is already 150.
Stone edge is for Togekiss.

Talonflame must be almost dead for you to manage to revenge kill.
Talonflame also usually has some EVs in HP, since he doesn't need full speed
Dark Pulse is mandatory on every special lucario set, and is better coverage than Dragon Pulse, if you want to keep that useless priority at least drop dragon pulse.
