Seriously your team is not good. Donphan (who is also generally outclassed by lots of other Pokemon) has Earthquake with 0 teammates who are immune to it (in fact you have 2 that are hit for super effective damage).
You're not getting fucked over by Klefki with swagger, you're getting fucked over by a bad team. Try again with something less special snowflake until you have the basics down well enough to experiment.
For example Mega-Manectric outclasses Jolteon in just about every way so use that if you really want a 'mon to Volt Switch. Garchomp probably outclasses Tyrantrum and is certainly faster (something no one on your team except Jolteon). Scizor really isn't great in a metagame with Talonflame and Charizard-Y (and Rotom-H), ditch him and even if you keep him give him fucking Protect over Roost, you shouldn't be spending turns recovering with Scizor, he should be KO'ing an opposing 'mon every turn.
