Send up some Luvdiscs to the GTS for what you want from the pokebank (starters, porygons, bunnybuns, etc).
Make sure the Luvdiscs are named VP or mention /vp/ in the description so we know who the hell you are.
Be sure to also INCLUDE YOUR INGAME NICKNAME so the process will go faster
