Shiny Teddi, Quirky, Likes to take Siestas, Quick Feet, 12 HP and all stats at 6 at level 1. Can I make this little guy into a viable Ursaring for fighting competent trainers (I'm not talking autistic smogon level, just between friends and maybe people online)?

I dunno how IVs work, I'm a filthy casual

level 1 tells you nothing IVwise

use a calc or talk to the judge. but to answer your question yes, if you have any competence yourself you should be fine.

I talked to the judge, relatively superior IVs overall, HP and ATK are both 31 so that's great.

if you want to go full offense you could slap a choice band on him and run Return/Earthquake/Power Whip and Explosion just to go out with a boom
