Nothing stupid like a Pokemon with 500 base attack and huge power or a Pokemon with no weaknesses and wonder guard, please.

Looks like a flamingo with the white beak mask covering its face that Spritzee originally had, its wings have purple plumage underneath that are noticed when it expands them. none of that m-muh plague doctor for this one

Doesnt get much coverage outside of u-turn, ice beam, aura sphere, HP, bug buzz, blizzard, focus blast

stat boosting moves are rock polish, work up or agility

The final evolution of a three-stage pseudo legend. The first stage would be very small with little wings - think Navi from Zelda with a white sheet draped over it, with small eye holes letting blue light shine through the sheet. The second stage would be a larger sheet-ghost with a mouth-hole as well, and blue flames spilling forth from its eyes and mouth. In this stage its wings would be accentuated, and would be sort of veiny like a dragonfly's wings. Two ghostly hands of blue flame would be reaching out from under the sides of the sheet - think Cofagrigus's hands. The third stage would be a radiant/flaming blue creature wearing the white sheet as a cloak or cowl. I'm picturing it having an angular, spiny head like a Togetic's, and a large conical mouth like a trumpet or horn of some sort. Its arms are longer in this stage, and it has 3 pairs of prominent dragonfly wings.

Its movesets would allow it to make a good mixed wall or a special setup sweeper. It would have access to Calm Mind, Recover, Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Heal Bell, status inflicting moves, and several sound-based moves like Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Perish Song, etc.

Yeah, I know, that STAB Pixilate Boomburst is OP as all fuck, especially given the rest of its utility/support movepool, its defensive typing and its innate tankiness. I'll tone it down if you guys give me some pointers - I figured I should go big as a first draft, and then tone it down as I go.

That sounds great. The lower speed would mean that it would have to rely on its bulk/recovery to set up and sweep instead of just outspeeding everyone, which is much more in line with how I pictured it working, anyway.

A steel dragon. Its armor is stylized like a knight's armor. As a result, it is unusually slower than most pseudo legendaries, but compensates for it with bulk. Keeping with the knight theme, it claws are effectively small swords. The abilities also stay within the theme, with Battle Armor protecting it from critical hits and Soundproof making it harder for sound to penetrate the dragon's thick armor (and stopping crafty foes from bypassing its bulk with perish song)
