Zard X has a generally rougher appearence on its front where the neck spikes are, the head spikes, the rough claws, the spikes on the wing tips, the 2edgy fire, and the wings themselves cover up more of its body due to their shape and the shortness of its tail. that's consistency. Zard Y has inward central focus on the front, sure, but then the rest of the body is far too long and hangs at a weird angle in battle making wing focus at higher peaks, leaving the back spike totally exposed at the bottom. that's called no consistency, needless edge, and overall ill concept. that's what makes it bad.
