okay so here's the deal. I don't want to individually insert Rotom into the GTS because that takes way too much time, and adding FCs and whatnot takes way too much time as well. what I need are random mons for the pokedex!! IVs, natures, none of that matters. All Rotom will be Timid or Calm and are breeding with a 6iv ditto, so it's the luck of the draw really. All you have to do is deposit the mon you have with the description "VP" for a Rotom, and you'll get yours within seconds or minutes (depends on my stock, but it should replenish quickly).

Pokemon that bump you to the top of the line: Litwick HA, Drillbur HA, Elekid
