Pokémon that actually look worse include: Nidoking (who's gone downhill since SS/HG), Totodile, Hitmontop, Marshtomp, Swampert, Camerupt, Bibarel, Bronzong (somehow), Hippowdon, Purrlion (because of its new stance), Seismitoad, Heatmor, and probably a few others.
Mind you, a number really benefitted from the jump to 3D, like Zekrom, Conkeldurr, Machamp, etc. Most of the Pokémon that look better were already pretty damn aesthetic to begin with, though
