I like the franchise and most of the new pokemon designs but you're only hurting yourself by thinking that the XY anime or games are any good

ME3 and AC3 were both part of well liked franchises but they both disappointed on the third game
the fans didn't just accept shit and actually said something
ME3 attempted to create a new ending and AC expanded on the only liked feature of the last game

By excusing the clusterfuck that is xy and hoping for a third version you only give them an excuse not to do anything

the next gen could expand on customization, breeding and maybe even an inverse ice gym leader and a challenge mode at the start but they have no reason to when you eat anything up

You people are destroying the franchise by accepting mediocre games and act like them getting rid of good features in the next game should be expected

And of course the individual games have glaring flaws themselves. X/Y for example is the easiest entry into the franchise, by far.

That's not even the worst part, though. The worst part is that many people on /vp/ actually defend these terrible decisions, and calls anyone who criticizes them a "genwunner" or a "/v/irgin" or some other buzzword insult. If you like the games, that's fine, but don't get pissy if someone makes valid criticisms.
