If you transfer a hacked SF Totodile to XY, it goes through, meaning the ability is still valid on it. (Obviously there's a special filter for Quick Feet Venipede)

You're underestimating how long it takes them to release certain DW mons.

Similarly, if they thought it was too OP, they would have changed it like Chandelure, and then it wouldn't have gotten through bank because Sheer Force wouldn't be "legal" anymore.

Is there a list of unreleased hidden abilities?
The entire concept is annoying. Not all the abilities are necessarily better, just different. A lot of them are all that's holding back pokemon from becoming viable. I never did dream world in white version, and never played BW2, so I don't really understand the whole dream world business. How long was it before they started releasing DW abilities?

You can look at each individual pokemon on serebii, it will say if the HA is available or not. Just click on a pokemon page and look at its abilities.
