In quality, I'd say eeveelutions. Little girls are really attached to them and draw them a lot with little to no ability. Like 11-12 year old kids mass produce these kinds of things.

In subject matter I would point to the furry side of it, however. Gardevoirs and Lucarios and whatnot.
