Not that guy, but I agree with him in this aspect. Smogon is right most of the time, but dropping this guy to a lower tier was an extremely dumb idea. This mon can punch holes in ubers teams, as long as you play smart with it he can easily punch holes in OU teams.

Fucking bisharp can Punch holes in UBER. Uber is not meant to be a tier like the rest, it's a banlist and African Kyurem isn't good enought to be overpowered like the rest of UBER, even if it can hold on it's own there.

I know uber is a banlist, and that's exactly my fucking point. There are a lot of niche pokemon that can punch holes in ubers teams for dumb reasons, like a properly set up jump pluff, but they all do because of a gimmick or something niche about the pokemon. Bisharp may be able to punch holes in ubers teams, but he can't without support and damage already being done to the enemies team by other mons. Kyurem B can punch holes straight from the get go into top threats in ubers.

He'll be low OU. And putting hm in that tier serves as a banlist to keep him out of UU, because he'd wreck everything there.
Worst case is he'll be put in BL, but I really don't see that happening. He might have shallow moves, but those stats are nothing to scoff at.

And also, you don't know how bisharp does in Ubers, do you? It has a overpopulation of special sided pokemon and mostly psychyc types, thats when a Dark, physical pokemon (not many in ubers, and no physical one) comes with Sword Dance and Sucker Punch.

No, because normal kyurem can't learn fusion flare/bolt. They are forme only

No, this was a time where they fucked up. The suspect test that brought it out of ubers happened before they had really figured out how to use it. If X and Y hadn't ended the Gen VI metagame when they did, Kyurem-B would've been suspected again after Keldeo (and would've been rebanned, I'm sure). People kept forgetting that that 170 base Attack had a potent 120 base Special Attack stat behind it, in addition to great bulk and reliable recovery. Mixed LO KyuB with Roost doesn't just break walls, it drags them all the way to the frozen seventh circle of hell.

Other than these, it needs a replacement for Freeze Shock, and a 4th move, likely a decent status one.
