Because you earn 25 EV per horde, and can do hordes much faster than super training. And this is if you don't even have pokérus, else it is 50 and not 25.

Well, it's faster to go train off of hordes. You can very easily get 50-100 EVs if you've got the right items plus Pokerus. It's fast and easy.

Smogon bans things from OU that are over centralizing. Yes, Sableye CAN take care of Kang, but that means you NEED to carry one to effectively deal with it. Dedpite what uneducated people like yourself believe, Smogon's bans are an attempt to promote variety in an inherently imbalanced game.
