>>16986566Except they never actually used the Pokémon they stole, they just resold them on the market to the highest bidders, hell, Scythers, Eevees, Porygons, and Dratinis are among the rare shit they poached they sold as Casino prizes. Giovanni was in it for the cash until the very end of his operation, and Johto just kind of made Team Rocket look like retards because a bunch of Giovanni fanatics were in charge at the time and they never really got the message.
Now, in my opinion, the worst antagonists had to be Team Plasma, sure they had the whole "moral dilemma" thing going on which was a real interesting concept at first, but the more I played the game, the more I realized how shitty it's grunts were at conveying the message (kicking the shit out of Munna, stealing Pokémon from PC Boxes), and this all culminated in Ghetsis trying to rule the world and playing N like a fiddle to get to that position, which is JRPG as fuck and just plain dumb. Then BW2 just cemented this by saying fuck it to the morality question and having grunts just come in, guns blazing, and stealing Pokémon.
