This is stoopid. How do I get a Kecleon with Protean and Drain punch?
I have one Kecleon from Dreamworld in Black 2, but Protean is a XY ability, so it doesn't have Protean.

Also I can get Protean Kecleons in XY, but they can't learn Drain punch (not even egg moves).

But every page recommend movesets with protean and Drain punch. How the hell...?
