So I'm breeding these badboys, and I'm wondering if they need to be 5 IVs to be viable since its only attacking move is Foul Play using the enemies stats.
On that note, I have multiple 5 IV Vullaby missing either Attack or Special Attack. All have Foul Play and Knock Off. All have Overcoat as well. I'll be happy to trade if any offers catch me
