It's not as if it's particularly difficult to believe, that there's a gen'd 6IV Ditto out there and that it's been cloned. Both of these things are well within the realm of possibility.
The only reason why we even need to approach things this way is because Pokebank isn't available outside of Japan because Nintendo's entire software dev team is apparently made up of 60 year olds.

Praticing cloning but I have yet to see it work. I even synced up my actions with a video demonstrating it and it didn't work, which would almost suggest I need to be precise down to milliseconds? I don't know. Either the trade doesn't go through or it completes. I've even used my phone's stopwatch to count 4.5 seconds.
