There is still people who play gen IV?

I'm starting it, nuzlocking and also filling the déx.
I just get a lv 100 japanese Ditto and i'm looking for the starters of gen 1, chikorita and totodile.

I do, debating finally transferring all my mons over to gen V and then pokebanking. However, as stupid as it is I'm legitimately concerned a bug or hack could wipe my mons away if they're on a cloud server.

Entirely possible. That stuff happens. While I want to say people shouldn't rely on cloud storage because of server faults, downtime, etc., depending on how well the servers are maintained, it is possible that a fault will more likely occur on the user's end. (lost cartridge, resetting game, etc.)

Yup, just started playing SoulSilver, only to get it for Groudon though. It was collecting dust after I bought it 1,5 years ago and only touched it when I needed the Johto starters for Gen V.
It isn't as slow as I remembered.
