Lead with Pidgeotto, and spam Sand-Attack against Geodude until it doesn't work anymore, then switch to Beedrill, and spam Poison Sting until they're poisoned. Switch back to Pidgeotto and keep on railing on it until it dies. Make sure it's fully healed before Geodude drops. When he sends out Onix, do the same strategy.
