Instacheck through Wi-Fi is dead, but what about someone making a Instacheck 2.0 that only works on local wireless, as a sniffer of data that comes from X MAC address and displaying the data of pokemon shown? that way you can delete the update and still Instacheck mons since the update is not required for local communations, though you would need a second 3DS
