something to deal with fighting types
dusclops and talonflame would work
then you'd need defog/spin support for the talonflame, so bring a mold breaker excadrill to both spin and hit rotom

You could run adamant for more power and have sticky web support to make sure it strikes first

Also substitute is awesome on Cincinno. Tons of people switch in something to status/seed/whatever and get raped

Talonflame is shit, use staraptor.
Cinccino can easly die against a wall or something like that, i like to give it thunder wave.
The most annoying thing is probably steel types such as skarmory or ferrothorn. So get a fire type.

cinccino's biggest counters are steels and bulky ghosts to some extent, and its biggest flaw is its slightly lacking attack. I run life orb on it with tail slap/rock blast/bullet seed/uturn. I'd probably pair it with something like scarfed rotom-heat with trick/overheat/voltswitch/tbolt, which can cripple walls and hit steels hard. Might be worth putting some sort of stallbreaker in as well, i.e. mixed infernape
