Does anyone here do the gym leader thing? If so, what level, how many pokes, etc.,?

Trying to build a grass team around level 50. Would love to have others to play against.

(Note: Gym leaders should not have megas, or do ev training. Breeding for IVs is fine but the rest is too pro. More E4 stuff.)
