This. My friends who play pokemon are so casual and always go like "who cares about stuff like that?" "who cares about stats?" When I clearly mop the fucking floor with my IV bred and EV trained team with perfect natures and abilities. And then they get mad and say they want to win but then they can't even fucking understand SIMPLE FUCKING TYPE MATCH-UPS OR THE PHYSICAL/SPECIAL MOVE SPLIT.

I remember in the anime someone had a scanner that told him a pokemon's moves and stats. When is gamefreak gonna give you a "machine" that will allow you to view the iv's of a wild pokemon. Obviously not useable in trainer battles.
