Gen IV was the last gen with an acceptable and decent OU metagame. Gen 5 ruined everything.

It's ironic that anyone who is annoyed by the top threats in OU seems to think that UU or lower will be better when if you go back and look at usage statistics most of the metas have almost identical usage distributions for top threats like OU.

The only reliable check is Talonflame and Heatran but that doesn't really make him OU material.
