It also suits him, an ancient one-track mind golem. Though it'd be cool if he got something like Genesect's techno blast, which would let him use another type's attack while holding an item, one of the regis items.
(Though I'd imagine they'd use ice 99% of the time if anything, but it'd still be pretty cool)
