Possible to get 5 IV mons?

Can I get more 5 IV mons with only one parent that has 5 perfect IVs and a Ditto with only 3 IVs? I am mostly aiming to get my desired nature and Ability, and I have noticed that it's easier to get the ability of the parent when its breed with a Ditto.
