Cleric with Bold nature and max defense investment. Her special defense is already great and would need to live a physical coverage move.

Special Def Cleric is what I run and is the best set.

Moonblast
Wish
Aromatherapy
Protect/Toxic

Works alot like Blissey put resists alot more than her, and can do really good damage with unboosted Moonblast to Dragons

4 SpA Florges Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Salamence: 272-324 (82.1 - 97.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

4 SpA Florges Moonblast vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Latios: 210-248 (69.5 - 82.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

And then of course it walls every special attack in the game.

252+ SpA Adaptability Mega Lucario Flash Cannon vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Florges: 216-256 (60 - 71.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Florges in Sun: 168-198 (46.6 - 55%) -- 10.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 SpA Mega Alakazam Psychic vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Florges: 97-115 (26.9 - 31.9%) -- 42.6% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Check it before you need any specific spreads. Most evolved pokemon give 2 or even 3 EVs per kill.

The weepinbell hordes give +2 Atk each, for example, meaning you get +60 with a power item and pokerus. If there were victreebel hordes, they'd give +3 Atk each.

5 per horde, so 1 per pokemon
Add power items and that becomes +5 per pokemon or +25 total.
+6 each for hordes listed as "10"

Honestly though that's a terrible way to format a list like that

It means that without items or PKRS, you're getting 1 stat each from 5 pokemon- therefore 5 EVs.

Hidden Power Fire or Ice.

Walls the standard Protean Greninjas entirely, which is something I guess. They'll switch after realizing Greninja is scuppered and you'll take a fat chunk out of something with Moonblast.
