Prankster Taunt Liepard works pretty well, used it a load on WiFi and fought a fair few of these.
Though it usually just results in a switch, it provides an opportunity to predict their switch or cripple their counter, at least.

with only one of the 2 the pokemon is really not that dangerous at all.
Basically same case with every ground or elektric poke against it. It will never kill you fast enough while you only need to hit once or twice to kill it.
