Pokemon Trainer will probably be replaced with XY trainers I wish you could customize the trainer on your 3DS version and port it over to the Wii U Version. Sakurai did say we'd be able to customize character I expect them to possibly keep the same Pokemon, although I'd imagine Chespin, Braixen and Greninja would work well as combatants. More than likely, we'll at least get a female one since we see with the Wii Fit Trainer that some characters can have alternate skins.
Lucario will possibly be replaced with Mewtwo or one of them will be swapped into Assist Trophy. I expect both to be able to transform into their Mega Formes either from Smash Balls or their AT powers. (although it'd be neat if you sent out say, Mewtwo in an assist trophy, his uses his powers to attack and accidently hits a smash ball and instead of you getting the power like in Brawl, he uses it on himself and Mega Evolves.
Blaziken I expect to be an assist trophy although it could work well as a fighter too, especially since it has a mega form now.
Pokeball Pokemon will likely include all of the ones from Brawl possibly with largely updated models. Noticeably, Gardevoir and Latios/Latias both have Megas now and I would expect them to change. New ones will probably include Xerneas and Yveltal (given) along with Pancham, Sylveon, Fletchling and probably a healthy dose of Gen 5 Pokemon.
I would expect a new Pokemon Stadium map (Probably Steel, Dark, Fairy and Dragon typed), and possibly one focusing on Reshiram/Zekrom. Maybe they'd come out, and fuse with Kyurem occasionally. and then they use Freeze Bolt/Freeze Flare every so often.
