I'm making myself an Umbreon with the following moves:
- Moonlight
- Curse
- Payback
- Confuse Ray

Would it be better for it to have 0 speed 31? I thinking of just leaving it be if the best is 0, because shit's hard.

Also, what would be the best EV spread? I'm thinking about 252 HP and 126 Def/SpDef or 126 Atk/SpDef
