Master Ball hacks, I guess.

I transferred over multiple MBs from Ruby to Diamond. Caught most of the roaming legendaries that way.

I didn't want to deal with a second latios.

TMs can't be held as items anyway, and I don't think there are any held items besides the Soul Dew and gems that aren't available in Gen VI.
