Sorry if this is a stupid question, but in Pokemon hordes do all the pokemon in the horde share the same ability? For example I'm looking for a Slowpoke with Regenerator so I've been sending out a Ralts with Trace, is it just picking a random Slowpoke to switch abilities with or do they all have it?

they can have any combination of different abilities. i brought two spindas with teeter dance to check for Own Tempo, and then attract the remainders to check for Oblivious. i don't know if there is a better way but it worked and i found one with regenerator

The Pokemon that looks away from the horde is the one with the hidden ability.

For example, the male Nidoran on the far right in the OP has its hidden ability.

I'm pretty sure that Pokémon in hordes don't all have the same ability, except when it works out that way because of probability. I think that Trace is just picking one randomly.
You'll probably just have to get the Slowpoke you're looking for with trial and error.
Turn on some music or a podcast to help pass the time.

Usually in a horde, most of the Pokemon will be looking in one direction.

Occasionally there will be one that looks in a different direction, this one has its hidden ability.

Doing this is the best way for specifically Slowpokes I guess, Entreinment/Skillswap is way more tedious.

I only offer this because I know the pains of trying to get one. I used Swagger and Taunt on each Slowpoke until I found a Slowpoke that was able to get hit by both. Took about 30 horde battles but I've heard that was a lot more than usual to find one.
Regardless I have a male and female with Regenerator left over, both with full IV's in HP, Def, SAtk, and SDef. I don't need them anymore if you'd like 'em OP.

Not 100% confident on the EV's for this one. Might be all in SDef and HP. Those can be reset though.
