I assume you're using your mega slot on Lucario, otherwise I'd advise mega gardevoir to represent Diantha. But isn't Cynthia's signature mon Garchomp? I know she uses Lucario a lot but Garchomp was always her highest leveled one.

When he's called Green its Venusaur, we are talking about the american version Blue. Blastoise or Eeveelutions are the only correct answer for Blue.

Regardless though, he could use it in the team if he wanted, same guy after all.

Anyways, Blue's Pokemon in BW2 are Machamp, Exeggutor, Completely forgot and Arcanine.

You already have basically OU:The Team there

Use Metagross as an odd Klefki, Milotic as a Rotom-W, and Volcarona as a Talonflame without the only thing that makes Talonflame good.

Add some sort of Greninja or Azumarill and you're set

Replace Lucario with Garchomp. Not mega Garchomp. Just Garchomp. Otherwise you're not really using signature Pokemon and you're just looking for a lame excuse to run mega Lucario. Use mega Gardevoir for your mega.
