Florges should've been part Grass.
There's no reason Lilligant should be Fairy, but there's a couple reasons Florges should be Grass.
I can get why it should have Dazzling Gleam, though. But there's something that deserves it a lot more.
Helioptile. It USES LIGHT TO ATTACK. It doesn't get Dazzling Gleam, Solar Beam, Flash Cannon, BUT IT DOES GET DARK PULSE. YOU KNOW, THE OPPOSITE OF LIGHT.
