I loved this bastard in my White 2 single player run but I could never make a completely viable set, only something basic. Smogon didn't even have a set for him at the time so I had to make my own.

I just wanted Intimidate and not fucking Analyitc ;__;

This set is shit, you're not going to be KO things with Watchog, even with coverage. The best you can do is Hypnosis/Thunderwave/Swagger/Super Fang, and even that's not going to get you very far.

I've tried it with Band and Analytic in pokebank OU while that was still a thing. The idea was to live a hit, and KO back, since it's so slow it's only really good for one KO, if that. It was fun though.
