But if this was accurately translated, the line would've read "I used to be a Karate King" in Japanese, and everyone would've seen the "that means she was a man" implication in that.
The fact that this went unreported for 3 months before being reported by an English-speaker should make it pretty obvious this isn't an accurate translation, because if it was, the Japanese line would've been super blatant and we'd have known for months.
